Our end of tenancy cleaning service is for people who buy, sell or rent properties.
As a Landlord we understand how important it is for you to have your property professionally cleaned and checked before showing to a prospective tenant. For the tenant it is equally as important to present a spotlessly clean apartment as return on deposit is dependent on the condition you leave the apartment or house.

Hallways: Ceiling to floor high level dust, spot cleaning all walls and wood work including skirting, doors etc, floors vacuumed and/or washed as required.

Kitchen: All kitchen appliances cleaned, Kitchen presses cleaned inside and out as required. Tile surrounds cleaned, Oven, Hob & Fan cleaned. Floor vacuumed and washed as required.

Living room: High level dust from ceiling to floor, all furniture dusted, and couches vacuumed and cushions pulled out and vacuumed underneath. Window ledges dusted, all skirting’s dusted and spot cleaned, radiators dusted and cleaned. Chairs & table polished.

Bathrooms: Full bathroom clean from ceiling to floor including shower, bath, toilet, wash hand basin, shelving, mirrors etc,

Bedrooms: High Level dust, inside wardrobes all shelves vacuumed and washed. Bedside lockers & Wardrobes vacuumed and dusted. Skirting boards dusted and spot cleaned & where applicable the bed will be pulled out and appropriate cleaning done. All bedroom doors dusted and spot cleaned. Light switches cleaned, - all surfaces dusted including window ledges dusted/cleaned.
